By accessing or using the Delphos AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service, or 16 if you reside in the European Union, unless you have parental or guardian consent. If you are under the required age, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Use of Services

Delphos AI offers a variety of tools and features, including but not limited to:

• Conversational AI agents with memory and search functionality
• Remote Agent automation with multi-function capabilities
• Google Connect integration using secure OAuth scopes
• Image editing and AI media generation
• Custom characters and personalities
• Delphos Web Agent (beta) for browser automation tasks

You are solely responsible for how you use the services. All usage must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

4. Google API & OAuth Access

When connecting your Google account, you explicitly authorize us to access specific scopes such as Gmail send, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, and user profile data. We do not store or misuse this data, and you may revoke access at any time via your Google Account Settings.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the AI or automation tools to cause harm, spam, or violate any law.
• You may not reverse-engineer, exploit, or modify any part of the platform.
• You are responsible for any content you generate or upload using the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, source code, and intellectual property associated with Delphos AI is owned by Suparva Innovations. You may not use our brand, characters, models, or UI components without written permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. You may also delete your account and request data deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers

• Delphos AI is offered "as-is" and we make no guarantees of 100% accuracy, especially for the beta features like Delphos Web Agent.
• AI outputs may sometimes be incorrect, inappropriate, or biased. Use discretion and report any misuse.
• We are not liable for damages caused by user reliance on AI outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suparva Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Global Compliance

We comply with applicable laws including:

• GDPR (EU): We honor rights to data access, deletion, portability, and objection.
• CCPA (California): You may opt out of data sharing or request deletion of personal information.
• COPPA (USA): We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Modifications to Terms
